Maintenance
1. Take the mat out to sun-dry and sterilize it during good weather; if left indoors for extended periods in humid conditions, it is prone to developing mold.
2. Dry it immediately after washing to ensure it remains free of moisture.
3. Clean it immediately if it accidentally comes into contact with oil stains, paint, or food spills to ensure cleanliness and prevent unpleasant odors.
Cleaning
1. As part of routine care, shake off any dust or dirt from the mat.
2. Rinse using a high-pressure hose-ideally with water below 40°C. You may use a mild, neutral detergent, but avoid acidic or alkaline cleaners, as these accelerate the mat's aging process.
3. Ensure all detergent residue is thoroughly rinsed away, and dry the mat promptly after washing to facilitate sterilization.
